Vineeth is a Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of experience, specializing in corporate and international taxation, transaction advisory, and corporate restructuring. Prior to co-founding V&A Consulting, Vineeth spent over 8 years at Ernst & Young (EY) as a Senior Manager in the Tax & Regulatory vertical.

He is a trusted advisor in international tax, transfer pricing, and regulatory matters, providing strategic insights that ensure both domestic and global clients navigate complex tax and compliance issues with ease. Vineeth has successfully managed high-stakes tax litigation, resolving intricate legal challenges and safeguarding clients' interests.

His expertise extends to advising on inbound and outbound cross-border transactions, working closely with AD Bankers and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to address regulatory and tax considerations. Vineeth’s deep understanding of complex regulations enables clients to stay compliant while optimizing their tax strategies.
